First Zip Card

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ attending classes on The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Main Campus may stop by the Zip Card office located in Simmons Hall room 103 to receive your first Zip Card. You must be enrolled in classes for the current semester or be currently employed by the University.

Orientation ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ:

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ scheduled for New Student Orientation will receive an email invitation with a link to upload a photo for your Zip Card. The email will be sent to your ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ student email account, two to three weeks before your scheduled orientation day. There will be time on orientation day to stop by the Zip Card office to have your photo taken. You will receive your Zip Card on your orientation day.

Online ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ:

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ that have schedules their class(es) 100% online, may email the Zip Card office at zipcard@uakron.edu to request their first Zip Card. We will then email a link to your ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ student email account, so that you may upload a photo for your first Zip Card.

Wayne Campus ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ:

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ attending classes at the Wayne Campus may contact the Student Services Center at (330) 684-8900 or visit the Student Services Center in the lobby of the Wayne Campus main building entrance.

Replacement Zip Card:

There is no charge for the first card, but if your card should become lost or stolen, there is a cost of $20 for a replacement card.
